The City Attorney has determined that an interim moratorium on Planned Unit Developments for properties within the CBD zone, the Shoreline and River Environs Zone, and the Scenic Route Overlay Zone (the area north of Lake Street and west of Third Street) is feasible. A public hearing was held by the Planning & Zoning Commission on July 12 and the Commission recommended that Council adopt the attached Ordinance. Staff will make a presentation on the interim moratorium and answer questions from Council prior to the public hearing.
