SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. is developing community housing on nine lots owned by
the City of McCall on McCall Ave. A lease agreement for the property has been developed and
reviewed by the City Attorney and the attorney for Neighborhood Housing Services. The
agreement will be distributed to Council for review on August 24, 2006.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the lease agreement between the City of McCall and Neighborhood Housing
Services, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
