SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On July 27, the City Council conducted a public hearing regarding an amendment McCall City
Code 8-17-11, establishing a fee for permits for the removal of public trees, and a proposed fee
schedule.
Ordinance 824, amending MCC 8-17-11, was adopted by the City Council on July 27, was
published on August 3, and is now in effect.
Resolution 06-12, attached, establishes the fees proscribed by MCC 8-17-11.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 06-12 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
