SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This is a continuation of Agenda Bill 138, the public hearing conducted on August 10. Council
elected to keep the public hearing open specifically to have staff identify the cost of and process
for reconstructing the fish pen docks at their original location instead of in Brown Park. Council
also asked staff to inquire of the Mill Park Village Property Owners Association the extent to
which they would participate in funding the docks at their original location.
Staff is working on the assignment and a memorandum is attached, along with draft findings and
conclusions.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions for CUP-05-3 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
