SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mandy Ackerman, of Moscow, Idaho, has requested permission to have a fireworks display at her
wedding at Whitetail Lodge on Friday, October 6, 2006. The display would consist of one
firework, with one fuse to light, which will let off seven blooms in the air.
Jerry Summers, Chief of Police, has approved the fireworks display. Dave Sparks, Fire Chief,
has not given his approval yet, pending answers to some questions concerning the qualifications
of the person who will actually light the fuse.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the fireworks display for the Ackerman wedding on October 6 at Whitetail Lodge,
and allow the fireworks permit to be issued, pending approval from Chief Sparks..
