SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On February 23, 2006 City Council approved Resolution 06-09 and authorized the Mayor to sign
a Settlement Agreement to resolve issues related to the Spring Mountain Meadows subdivision.
The parties to the settlement wish amend the agreement to allow Idaho Power access to a
transformer that powers a Payette Lakes Recreational Water and Sewer lift station.
The addendum to the Settlement Agreement is attached. The file for this agenda bill is
substantial. It can be reviewed in the Community Development Department at City Hall.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize the Mayor to sign the Addendum to Settlement Agreement..
