SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The postage meter machine currently used by all City employees will be obsolete as of
December 2006 due to new regulations adopted by the US Postal Administration. Leasing this
machine from Pitney Bowes will bring the City's equipment into compliance.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the lease with Pitney Bowes for the DM300L postage machine and authorized the Mayor
to sign all necessary documents.
