SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Library has studied the definitions of "resident" and "non-resident" as used to issue library
and recreation cards, to determine whether or not the definitions were adequate to meet the
department's needs.
Please see the attached findings.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the recommendation from the Library to allow Resolution 03-08 to remain
unchanged.
