SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City has been working with LHTAC on constructing improvements to Boydstun Street
between West Valley Road and Highway 55. This agreement between the City and ITD, who will
contract the work, provides for construction of the project through a standard agreement used
when Federal Highway Administration funds are involved.
The agreement commits the City to $235,000 of local match, which pays for 7.34% of the
estimated design and construction costs and for water line improvements between West Valley
Road and Gena Road.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Resolution 06-21, approving the agreement between the City of McCall and the
Idaho Transportation Department and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
