by ABCO Management. LLC, property owner, on behalf of AutoZone Development. LLC, applicant, for a
Final Subdivision Plat consisting of two lots and a Preliminary PUD Plan to construct and operate an auto
parts retail sales store on proposed Lot 2. The property is located on the north side of a private commercial
drive 500 feet east of the intersection of Eastland Drive and East Elm Street and is described as Part of Lot
56 of Schotthill Woods Subdivision Section 2 in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri (Spartan
Engineering Solutions, LLC, Consultant).
