SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee recommends the appointment of Brigid Wiking to
a term which expires on March 2007. This appointment will fill the vacancy of John Rygh. As
stated in the Advisory Charter: Person appointed to fill an unexpired term shall be appointed for
the balance of that term.
Attached is Brigid Wiking's letter of interest.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Direct the Mayor to appoint Brigid Wiking to serve until March 2007 on the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Committee.
