SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Clint Stennett, through E-DA-HOE owns and operates Channel 13, the cable leased access
channel in McCall, as well as Broadcast Channel 13 in Ketchum. Mr. Stennett has been awarded
a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Construction Permit for a Low Power TV license
in McCall
The attached lease agreement allows E-DA-HOE to install transmission facilities on the existing
tower on the former water tank site. The tower has been used by Charter Communications (and
their predecessor) for many years. The term of the lease is for only one year to allow E-DA-HOE
to seek another location, or negotiate a renewal of the lease with the City.
The lease has been reviewed by the City Attorney and executed by E-DA-HOE.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the tower lease agreement with E-DA-HOE and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents.
