SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This is a continuation of Agenda Bill 165, the public hearing conducted on August 24. Council
approved the Conditional Use Permit and directed staff to draft findings and conclusions for
Council consideration. Draft findings and conclusions are attached.
The Mill Park Property Owner's Association has requested that, in return for their funding of any
movement of the fish pen docks from Brown Park, the City agree to not locate any other public
dock in the park. An alternative set of findings and conclusions addressing this issue are also
attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions for CUP-05-3 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
