SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The McCall City Council has, by Ordinance No. 829, changed the expiration date for City of
McCall Alcohol Beverage Licenses from December 31 to August 31 and removed the fee
schedule from the City Code.
Attached is Resolution No. 06-24 making certain findings and adopting the fee schedule for City
of McCall Alcohol Beverage Licenses. The fee schedule will remain the same as previously set
by the City Code except for the addition of the fee for the transfer of location, and for the addition
of prorated fees for the partial year from January through August 2007.
The Public Hearing was opened on October 12, 2006 and continued to October 26, 2006
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 06-24 making certain findings and adopting the fee schedule for
Alcohol Beverage Licenses for the City of McCall, and authorize the Mayor to sign.
