RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A TREE REPLACEMENT COST
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret as follows:
I, The Tree Replacement Cost is hereby set at One Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($150.00), until otherwise modified by the Borough Council.
