SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mr. Frank Brown would like to assign his current lease agreement over to Mr. Mike Dorris who
has purchased the hangar and has recorded the Bill of Sale with the Valley County Recorder
(attached).
With an assignment and assumption of the lease, the new hangar (building only) owner simply
assumes the existing lease with the City of McCall, for the ground on which the hangar sits, at the
current lease rate, and is now the lessee for the remainder of the lease period. New hangar
lease durations are twenty years. When new leases are created, the lease rate, as stated in the
city fees resolution at the time, is applied.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Lease transfer and authorize the Mayor to sign the assignment and
assumption of lease
