Dear Custodian of Records,
Thank you for responding to my recent request for public records concerning the permit and any
fines related to Ms. Patsy Randolph's remodeled kitchen. I have forwarded to you your response
for your reference. I have attached my original public record request for your reference as well.
I remind you of the reference I used when originally asking you for these records. The record
request concerned permits that where issued 6 months after the work had been completed
according to the property owner.
You will please note that part of my request was for, "any record of a town imposed penalty for
doing work without a permit " I do not see any records in your reply that are responsive to this
request. I therefore respectfully request you provide these records.
Please note, this is not a new record request. This is a second request for a previously requested
public record.

The Town of Gulf Stream received your public records request on August 4, 2015. You should be

There are no responsive records regarding a permit issued 6 months after the work that had been
completed. As far as the request for any town imposed penalty, please note that the responsive
records that were given in PRR 15 -1905 (htto://www2.gulf-
stream.org/weblink/0 /doc /60468/Pagel.asnx) were responsive. Specifically, receipt #5500. In
