SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall, along with Valley and Adams Counties and the Cities of Council, New
Meadows, Donnelly, and Cascade, have coordinated efforts to assess the regional need for
community housing, to develop policies and ordinances to address that need, and to create an
entity to assist with implementation of community housing.
Resolution 06-13 provides for the operation of Valley Adams Regional Housing Authority
(VARHA) within the City of McCall and authorized the Mayor to sign the joint powers agreement
creating VARHA. The attached contract would specify the services VARHA will provide in McCall
during the FY 2006-2007 fiscal year and provide for payment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the contract for services and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
