SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Workshop will present the "toolbox" of facilities options available to the City, recommended
evaluation criteria for selecting a preferred alternative, and a first draft recommended short list of
promising options for further analysis. After the Council briefing, staff and CH2M Hill will facilitate
meetings with the Plan Technical Working Group and Policy Advisory Committee as well as focus
group meetings and a public open house prior to bringing the evaluation criteria and short list of
promising alternatives back to Council for action.
CH2M Hill has prepared the attached briefing packet for Council review.
