SUMMARY STATEMENT:
John Parker, Chairman of the Tree Committee, has moved to Boise and has resigned from the
committee effective October 11, 2006.
McCall City Code § 8-17 created and established a City Tree Committee for the City of McCall, to
consist of five members to be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council, for a
term of office for three years.
The Tree Committee has recommended appointing Randy Acker to fill the vacancy on the Tree
Committee for a three year term.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Tree Committee's recommendation to appoint Randy Acker to the City Tree
Committee for a term of three years, effective immediately, through October 31, 2009.
