Mayor Groninga Presiding,
Councilmen Tjaden-Luwe-Huiaman-Starr-Eckh off.
Minutes of last meeting read and on motion byEckhoff second by Luwe
were approved.
Motion by Luwe second by Starr to file treasures report, carried.
Motion by Starr second by Eckhoff to set Marshall water commisinor
sewer man (ect) at not more than$ 325.00 per monthand second man at
not more than $ 275.00 per month., carried.
Mayor Groninga appointed the following libary board, Mayo Tjaden-
Gorden Junker-Mrs. Ed Ammanna- Mrs Mient Bakker -Mrs Walter Block.
