RESOLUTION NO. 92 -3175
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPROVING ZONE VARIANCE 92 -1141 TO ALLOW THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW TWO STORY DWELLING WITH A NON-
CONFORMING DRIVEWAY WIDTH OF 10 FEET AT 6012 KAUFFMAN
AVENUE IN THE R -2 ZONE. (LEE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City Council
and upon the facts contained in the staff' report and testimony received at a noticed public hearing before
the Planning Commission and findings enumerated in the Planning Commission Resolution, the City
Council approves the request, subject to the conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No.
92- 1465PC.
SECTION 2. This project is Categorically Exempt from an environmental review in accordance
with the State CEQA guidelines.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and
enter it into the book of original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON AUGUST 4, 1992.

Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of August, 1992, by the
following vote:
