SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In response to our notice of a vacancy in The Star -News, we have had two people send in letters
of interest. The two respondents were Jill Meyer and Nancy Reed, whose letters are attached.
The Library Board, after consideration, would like to recommend that Jill Meyer be appointed to
fill the vacancy created by Diane DeChambeau, whose term expired this October.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Appoint Jill Meyer to serve a term on the Library Board of Trustees set to expire in
October 2011.
