SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee recommended the appointment of Ray Dupree to
fill the vacancy left by Dave Faurot's departure.
As required by the Advisory Charter, the "Person appointed to fill an unexpired term shall be
appointed for the balance of that term." Mr. Dupree's appointment is effective immediately and
will expire in June 2007.
Attached is Mr. Dupree's letter of interest.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the appointment of Ray Dupree to serve on the Parks and Recreation Advisory
Committee, effective immediately, through June 2007.
