SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Hangar 106G, previously owned by May Rental, LLC, was sold to Lori MacNichol (recorded in
Valley County on the 29th of September, 2006). The assignment and assumption of the lease by
Lori MacNichol was approved by the Airport Advisory Committee during their regular meeting on
the 9th of November, 2006.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the lease transfer and authorize the Mayor to sign the Assignment and
Assumption of the lease.
