The ordinance also makes "housekeeping" modifications to Chapter 6 of Title 3 related to building height in the Civic zone. The proposed ordinance has been subject to a public hearing before the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Commission has recommended its approval to the City Council. A memorandum that provides an overview of this action is attached - along with the proposed text amendment language.
