RESOLUTION NO. 92 -3177
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING
PARKING REGULATIONS FOR THE PUBLIC PARKING
FACILITY LOCATED AT 5843 TEMPLE CITY BOULEVARD
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. These regulations are adopted pursuant to
Section 22519 of the California Vehicle Code.
SECTION 2. The City of Temple City establishes the
following regulations with regards to that certain off - street
parking facility owned and operated by the City of Temple City at
the southeast corner of Las Tunas Drive and Temple City Boulevard
at 5843 Temple City Boulevard.
1. First four (4) parking spaces on northeast corner of
parking facility shall be designated for exclusive
private use pursuant to agreement dated March 26, 1992
between the City of Temple City and the Zoccoli Family
Trust.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 18th day of August, 1992.

the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting
held on the 18th day of August 1992, by the following vote:

NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember- Wilson
