SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Rick Fereday, John Watkins, Scott Findlay, and Fred Drake have served the City for a number of
years as members of the McCall Redevelopment Agency (Urban Renewal Agency) Board of
Commissioners. Their terms have expired. Staff recommends that Council reappoint these
Commissioners to oversee the completion of the Lakefront Urban Renewal Plan. The terms have
been staggered to provide for Commissioner turnover in July 2007 (Findlay and Drake), July
2008 (Fereday and Watkins), and April 2009 (Gerblick). Council members Bailey and Bertram
were appointed to the Board in January 2006 with terms to expire in January 2008.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the reappointments of Scott Findlay and Fred Drake to serve on the McCall
Redevelopment Agency, effective immediately, through June 2007.
Approve the reappointments of Rick Fereday and John Watkins to serve on the McCall
Redevelopment Agency, effective immediately, through June 2008.
