The preliminary plat for this project was submitted and reviewed under the provisions of the 1994 Zoning and Subdivision ordinance. The Commission found that the subdivision application met the requirements of MCC 3-21. In turn, the Commission is recommending the City Council's approval of the final plat subject to certain conditions. A companion development agreement is attached for the Council's review and approval. The completed subdivision application is not included in this agenda bill; rather it is attached for your review and also available for public scrutiny in the Community Development Department at City Hall. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the Findings & Conclusions for the Aspen Ridge Subdivision Phase 3 Final Plat and approve the corresponding final plat for SUB-05-06.
