SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On August 2, 2004, the City Council authorized a lease -option agreement with Silvertip, LLC for
the construction of a regional sewer lift station with the Mountain Meadows subdivision (a part of
the Spring Mountain Ranch PUD). The original agreement is attached.
Since that time, the construction schedule has changed. The attached amendment to the lease -
option agreement amends the payment schedule. Payments are still made over two fiscal years.
The FY06 budget includes $302,198 for this year's payment.
The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the amendment to the lease -option agreement.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Amendment to the Lease/Option Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign
all necessary documents.
