SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall City Council will consider revisions to McCall City Code Title 9 — Subdivision
and Development Regulation. The purpose of these proposed revisions is to:
1. Address the requirements of the City of McCall Community Housing Policy,
2. Provide for an Inclusionary Housing requirement for new subdivisions.
A public hearing was held on the proposed ordinance on February 1, 2006. The City of McCall
has jurisdiction over matters relating to lands within the city limits. The proposed changes would
not apply to lands within the City of McCall Impact Area.
A copy of the draft Ordinance and proposed amendments are attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Suspend the rules
