RESOLUTION NO. 92 -3180
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPROVING A REQUEST BY OWEN BROTHERS
ENTERPRISES FOR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 22337 AND
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 92 -1139 TO PERMIT THE
CONVERSION OF AN EXISTING 18 UNIT INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
TO INDUSTRIAL CONDOMINIUMS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
9328 LOWER AZUSA ROAD AND 4700 MILLER DRIVE IN THE
HEAVY MANUFACTURING (M -2) ZONE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City Council
and upon the facts contained in the staff report and testimony received at a noticed public hearing before
the Planning Commission and fmdings enumerated in the Planning Commission Resolution, the City
Council approved the request subject to the conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No.
92- 1468PC, except for the two following clarifications and modifications:
1. Condition No. 3 shall be modified to read that only the City Council, as opposed to the Community
Development Director, may cancel this approval or take other remedial measures for lack of
compliance with all conditions contained in the Planning Commission Resolution.
2. Review and approval of the CC &R's as required by Condition No. 6 of the Planning Commission
resolution shall be modified to specify that the City Council shall review and approve the CC &R's
for the subject parcel map.
SECTION 2. Accordingly, Tentative Parcel Map 22337 and Conditional Use Permit 92 -1139 are
approved.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter
it into the book of original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON SEPTEMBER 1, 1992.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, Resolution No. 92 -3180, was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 1st of September, 1992, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmember - Breazeal, Manning, Wilson, McGowan
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember -Budds
