SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Using guidelines set by the FAA, the consulting firm of Mead & Hunt was selected by the Airport
Advisory Committee from a short list of 4 firms who responded to our RFQ and were invited to the
interview. This process was at the request of the FAA due to the requirement of the airport to
have a new Airport Master Plan. The total cost of the Master Plan will be $237,294.60 of which
the FAA pays for 95% and the city's share is $5,932.37. The contract has been reviewed by the
city attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the attached contract between the consulting firm of Mead & Hunt and the City of McCall
for the new airport master plan.
