SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mr. Mike Dorris bought Hangar 106A from Mr. Frank Brown on the 9th of January, 2006 and had
the Bill of Sale recorded with Valley County on that date. An Agenda Bill went before the City
Council in January but was not acted upon because it had not gone before the AAC. The AAC
reviewed this during their February 2nd meeting and approved it contingent upon the Airport
Manager sending a letter to all owners within this hangar row that there existed the possibility of
their property being bought buy the City for future hangar development. The attached letter was
sent to all parties.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Recommend the approval of the assignment/assumption of Mr. Brown's hangar lease with the
City of McCall by Mr. Dorris.
