SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On February 7, 2006 the Planning and Zoning Commission held a properly posted and noticed
public meeting. The Commission found that the subdivision and planned unit development
applications the requirements of MCC 3-21 and MCC 3-22, respectively, subject to certain
conditions and recommended the approval of the final plat and final plan by the City Council.
The applicant has met the conditions set by the Commission and is requesting final plat and final
plan approval. A companion development agreement is also attached for Council approval.
The complete application is extensive and is not attached to this agenda bill. The complete
application is available for review in the Community Development Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and approve the Final Plat for SUB-05-12 and
Final Plan for PUD-05-4, Village at Deer Forest.
Approve the related Development Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign.
