SUBJECT: Minutes of CTTAC January 15, 2008 Meeting -� =e►
1. The regular monthly meeting of the Cable TV&Telecommunications Advisory -n
Committee was convened on Tuesday,January 15, 2008 at 7:04 PM in the SkaFw t.' ,?
Room of Town Hall. Present were members Nick Armenti, John Hodgkinson and
John Trautwein. Also present was Board of Selectmen Liaison Dave Dunford.
2. Minutes of the December 18, 2007 CTTAC meeting were approved with a minor
amendment. The vote was 3-0-0.
3. The chairman discussed the following subjects: his intention to meet with the
Town Administrator concerning the substantial non-attendance of a member
during 2007 and the effect his prolonged absence has had on the Committee;the
need to commence searching for a part-time employee, supported by Cable
Reserve Fund resources,to assist the Media Programs Coordinator in cable
television functions; and the status of the Lower Cape Cable Consortium,which
was that a proposed capital plan for the six towns will be released soon by the
Solomon/Sherwood team and that the Consortium membership would meet for
the first time in late January or early February.
4. The meeting was adjourned at 8:16 PM.
