SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City last adopted a schedule of fees for planning and zoning applications and related matters
in 1996. The fee schedule is no longer adequate to reimburse the costs incurred by the City for
reviewing and processing applications. City staff has estimated the cost of processing various
applications (attached). A sampling of similar communities (attached) indicates that the current
City fees are low in comparison to other communities. The new fee structure would bring McCall's
fees up to a level comparable to these communities.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 06-11.
