McCALL MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
GENERAL AVIATION LEASE
HANGER NO. 106-H
THIS ASSIGNMENT is entered into this day of February, 2006, by Richard
Fereday and Robert Hill, as parties and Assignors, and May Rental LLC, an Idaho Limited
Liability Company, as Assignee, which is owned by Richard Fereday and Robert Hill.
In consideration of the purchase by Assignee of Assignors' interest in the building
commonly known as "Hanger No. 106-H", the Assignors assigns to the Assignee all of their
interest in that certain McCall Municipal Airport General Aviation Lease entered into on January
1, 1997, between City of McCall, an Idaho Municipal Corporation and Mr. Richard Fereday and
Mr. Robert Hill, a Partnership, for that property commonly known as "Hanger No. 106-H"
located at the McCall Municipal Airport.
Assignee covenants to promptly and timely perform all of Assignors' duties,
responsibilities and obligations under the said lease.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Assignment in McCall, Idaho.
