of Gulf Stream, Florida held at the residence of Wm.J.Bauer on
Wednesday,. May 27th,1953 at 10 a.m.
Present: Mayor Commissioner L. Seton Lindsay
Commissioner S.H. Iglehart

It was upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously approved
RESOLVED THAT, in the absence or inability of Town Clerk Hauer,
4oward Smith may act as Town Clerk, signing Wm.J.Bauers name
by Howard Smith.

Commissionertwished it recorded that he was in favor of the
increase in salary given to Officer Cooper atthe last meeting of
the Commission.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously approved
BE IT RESOLVED that Howard Smith, in the absence or inability of
Wm.J.Bauer, is hereby authorized to sign the name of Wm.J.Bauer
by Howard Smith on checks drawn on the Towns dank account with
the First National Bank of Delray Beach and such checks when
countersigned by a Town Commissioner other than Wm.J.Bauer, shall
be a proper charge against the Towns Bank account.
Copy of above resolution to be signed by the Town Clerk and affixed
with Town Seal to be presented to the First National Bank of
Delray Beach, Florida.
The Commission voted, with Commissioner Bauer not voting, to pay
$150.00 to Town Clerk Bauer, towards meeting his recent hospital
and doctor expense.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.

of House Bills No. 478, No. 483 and No. 484, as passed
by the 1953 Florida Legislature. These House Bills
are now law.
You are advised that the Town of Gulf Stream
may proceed to act under the provisions of said House
Bills.

regards to these House Bills, or other Town matters.
