SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On January 26, 2006, Council adopted Resolution 06-06.
The revised Resolution 06-06 includes Section 2 which defines how annual land lease rates are
adjusted due to changes in the Consumer Price Index, and Section 3 which defines how the fuel
flow tax is computed and collected by the City.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the revised Resolution 06-06.
