1. The monthly meeting of the CTTAC met on May 27,2008 at 7 p.m. at the Skate Room,Town :.
Hall. Present were John Hodgkinson,Marianne Paskowski,David Dolbec and a new member W z`.)CA
George Walsh and BOS David Dunford. rn
2. The minutes from the April 15,2008 meeting were approved.
3. John Hodgkinson briefed George Walsh about the progress to move ahead to work with the five
other lower Cape Cod towns for franchise renewal with Comcast.
4. John Hodgkinson and David Dolbec updated the committee about the progress with the redesign of
the town's website that will likely be ready by Fall.
5. John Hodgkinson and David Dolbec said they would attend a meeting in early June at the Nauset
High School about using the institution's facility for a studio,given that Comcast had notified the
committee quite awhile ago about closing the present facility at Locust Street.
6. It was voted to move the monthly meeting from 7 p.m.to 6 p.m.
7. The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.,the next meeting is June 17,2008,with a possible reelection
of committee officers.
