SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Agency Agreement between McCall City Airport and McCall Aviation has expired. This
Agreement defines the duties that McCall Aviation will perform on behalf of the City (see attached
Agreement).
This Agreement will commence on March 1, 2006, and terminate on February 28, 2009.
The City Attorney has reviewed the Agreement, and the Airport Advisory Committee approved it
during their April 6th regular meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the Agency Agreement between McCall City Airport and McCall Aviation, and authorize the
Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
