SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall received a CLG grant to allow two members of the Historic Preservation
Commission to attend the National Alliance of Preservation Commission's annual forum. The
forum this year is in Baltimore, MD and will be July 27-3091. Marlene Bailey and Pat Eames from
the Commission have agreed to attend to represent McCall. The City Manager has approved the
request for out of state travel for the Commission members. Since the grant was unanticipated, it
was not included in the 2005-06 budget, and a budget line item transfer is needed from 10-99-
075-100 (contingent revenue) to 10-30-025-406 (CLG grant revenue) and from 10-99-750-100
(contingent expense) to 10-60-250-720 (CLG grant expense).
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept CLG grant and authorize the transfer of $1800 from 10-99-075-100 to 10-30-025-406 for
revenue and authorize the transfer of $1800 from 10-99-750-100 to 10-60-250-720 for the
expense.
