1. The CTTAC met February 24,2009 at Town Hall,7 p.m.Present were John Hodgkinson,Dave
Dolbec and Marianne Paskowski. co
2. The minutes from the January 27,2009 meeting were approved,with minor revisions.
3. A discussion ensued about the use of equipment and staff'needed fav televising non-profits' meetings
on Channel 18.
4. Thereafter,the committee discussed the need to formalize a policy about the use of equipment and
staff for non-events'recorded and appearing on Channel 18.
5. The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
6. The next CTTAC meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m.,Town Hall,March 17'",yes, St.Patrick's Day.
