Code Identified / Code Descriptor: 1 . SEC. 21-2A Violation(s): 1 . Noxious weeds and other rank vegetation over twelve (12) inches in height Correction Action: 1 . The corrective action necessary to remedy the violation is to cut all vegetation ( grass, weeds and other vegetation) on this property in a legal manner. Corrective action shall be commenced immediately and shall be completed within 10 days of the date of this notice. Right to Appeal: You have the right to appeal this notice by filing a request for appeal with the Department of Planning and Protective Services.
