considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There
will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member requests, in
which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered
in its appropriate section on the agenda.)

Les Anchorman, Valley County Engineer will give a
presentation about plans for upgrading roads across
the county to WestRock. Les will be asking for input
regarding reaction to plans.
Revision of the current contract with SAIC to allow 1
additional public meeting, 1 additional meeting with
the Steering Committee, and additional mapping.
A resolution changing the designated Clerk of the
Election from Nancy Krahn to Shirley Potter for the
General Election November 2, 1999
Approval of van lease and authority for Mayor to sign
for the recreation department
Presentation on status of Old City Jail/Udell Property.
asking for a resolution to the issue.
