Preference will be given to persons who must travel. CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed within the consent section of the agenda have been distributed to each member of the McCall City Council for reading and study. Items listed are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered in its appropriate section on the agenda. Staff recommends approval of the following items: Minutes of October 22,1999 Minutes of October 28, 1999 Minutes of November 3, 1999 Invoice approval list dated November 15, 1999 Payroll report dated November 5, 1999 PUBLIC HEARING AB 99-124 Zoning Map Amendment AB 99-122 Variance Request 99-3 Lindley Kirkpatrick will present a zoning map amendment requested by John Hanks Lindley Kirkpatrick will present a variance request filed by Landon to allow the construction of a deck in the Shoreline setback BUSINESS AB 99-121 Variance Request 99-3 AB 99-118 Downtown Improvement Project Construction Billing AB 99-92 Ice Rink Project AB 99-119 Library Board Vacancies AB 99-120 Police Car Auction AB 99-123 Recommendation to ITD AB 99-125 Acting City Manager Lindley Kirkpatrick will present a variance request filed by Landon to allow the construction of an addition within the required side yard setback Karl Augustine will present billing #8 for construction services associated with the Downtown Improvement Project Karl Augustine and Wayne Ruemmele will give an update on the ice rink project and application Gloria Cantrell will present the candidates to fill the library board vacancies Nancy Lockhart will request a sealed bid auction for the police cars that are being replaced Lindley Kirkpatrick will address the recommendation for ITD regarding the East-West Loop Bill Robertson will make a recommendation to appoint an Acting City Manager REPORTS City Manager City Attorney Staff Council Mayor EXECUTIVE SESSION Personnel Litigation Idaho Code 67-2345(b) to consider a personnel matter Idaho Code 67-2345(f) to consider pending litigation ADJOURNMENT Americans with Disabilities Act Notice: The City Council meeting room is accessible to persons with disabilities.
