each member of the McCall City Council for reading and study. Items listed are
considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There
will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member requests, in
which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered
in its appropriate section on the agenda.)

Karl Augustine will present the Idaho Community Develop-
ment Block Grant (ICDBG) application for the Ice Rink.
Lindley Kirkpatrick will present payment request #9 for the
Downtown Improvement Project. Change Order #3 will also
be presented for the project.
BUSINESS
AB 99-128 Lindley Kirkpatrick will present the Certificate of Substantial
Certificate of Substantial Completion for the construction of the McCall Downtown
Completion Revitalization Project

Authority to Negotiate
for a Project Manager
Cathleen Koch will present the alcohol beverage licenses
that have been requested by businesses for the upcoming
year 2000.
Lindley Kirkpatrick will present Resolution 12-99 to request
Fireworks sales and consumer use December 26, 1999
through January 1, 2000.
Mayor Eimers will request the authority for the Project
Manager Hiring Committee to negotiate for a Project
Manager when the interviewing process is complete.
