Preference will be given to persons who must travel. CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed within the Consent Section of the agenda have been distributed to each member of the McCall City Council for reading and study. Items listed are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered in its appropriate section on the agenda.
