RESOLUTION NO. 92 -3194
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO THE PRECISE PLAN TO
ALLOW ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN MODIFICATIONS TO 6 OF
THE 8 SINGLE -STORY HOMES. ADDITIONALLY, TO ALLOW LOTS
1 THROUGH 6 TO HAVE TWO -CAR GARAGES RATHER THAN
THREE -CAR GARAGES IN THE RESIDENTIAL PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT (RPD) ZONE. (STARTS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City Council
and upon the facts contained in the staff report and testimony received at a noticed public hearing before
the Planning Commission and findings enumerated in the Planning Commission Resolution, the City
Council approved based upon the fmdings contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 92- 1682PC.
SECTION 2. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA.
SECTION 3. Accordingly, a Modification to the Precise Plan is approved.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter
it into the book of original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 17, 1992.
